Our calendar of events features daily opportunities to enhance wellness and promote physical health. Take advantage of our lovely 11.5-acre campus and take in the spectacular views with an invigorating walk on our on-site paths, and head into the Health & Fitness Club to improve your balance and build strength. Our heated indoor pool is the perfect spot for a variety of aquatic classes for all ability levels. Stretch your muscles and your mind with some meditative tai chi.
