Life Enrichment & Wellness

Our Full Life Wellness & Life Enrichment Program™ is a collaboration between the Touchmark team and residents to build an active and energetic community that meets the emotional, environmental, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual needs of every individual who chooses to make Touchmark on Saddle Drive home. There is an activity and happening for every skill level and interest with more being added continuously. Engaging, exciting gatherings and activities are scheduled from morning until evening, seven days a week. Events and programs here are never busywork—they provide fun and interesting opportunities in which to invest your time and energy.

Offerings on our monthly calendar include:

Touchmark Trekkers walking program
Historical and special interest seminars and presentations
Happy hours and socials
Volunteer groups and opportunities
Fitness classes and events
A variety of hobby clubs (e.g., coffee group, Glee Club, billiards league, crafts, writers group, etc.)
Art demonstrations and classes
Fishing and other outdoor trips
Health and wellness classes
