Memory care at Touchmark at All Saints is designed as a neighborhood with comfortable living spaces that are easy to navigate and provide a balance of privacy and community engagement. We also have our early memory support neighborhood for those who benefit from a little more support but do not need a secure environment. Touchmark’s philosophy of care is grounded in fostering whole-person wellness for all—residents, team members, and loved ones. We call our approach {FULL} Life Care for two reasons: it represents the high-quality care residents receive as well as reinforces how we truly care about those we serve. - In-depth initial assessment to determine each resident’s care plan, followed by recurring assessments and care conferences
- Caring nurse aides provide personalized daily emotional support and cueing under the oversight of licensed nurses
- Full-time team member overseeing well-trained, 24-hour caregiver staff
- Life Enrichment/Wellness calendar with group and individual programs based on the 7+1 Dimensions of Wellness, offering therapeutic and engaging activities that stimulate the senses, including music and movement, creative storytelling, indoor gardening, dual-tasking, reminiscing, art with essential oils, etc.

Touchmark reinvests in its communities through cyclical renovations, including the memory care neighborhoods. Not only is it crucial to provide aesthetically pleasing environments for residents for their mental well-being, but these renovation projects also allow Touchmark to continuously improve and increase functionality based on the most current research and data. We use what we’ve learned over our 45+ year history to enhance our health services and stay ahead of industry standards.
