The Villas at Touchmark

A new style of home and opportunities is now available at Touchmark at Coffee Creek. We have partnered with local homebuilder Tallgrass Construction to design and construct these unique homes. Each transitional-style home offers up to 1,320 square feet of open-plan living. Various floor and exterior plans, as well as multiple finish-and-fixture packages, are available. All Villa homes include two bedrooms and two baths, a front porch, patio space for entertaining, and a single-car garage with carriage door.
