Justin Ahrenkiel serves as Vice President of Information Technology for Touchmark, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity efforts across all communities. With more than two decades of IT leadership experience, Justin brings a proven ability to align technology solutions with business priorities while fostering innovation and operational excellence.
Before joining Touchmark, Justin was Director of Information Technology for United Grain Corporation, where he oversaw corporate and global IT initiatives, led digital transformation efforts, and advanced the company’s cloud migration strategy. He also served more than a decade as Director of IT and HIPAA Security Officer at Life Flight Network, where he managed enterprise technology operations supporting over 750 employees and ensured compliance with critical data security and privacy standards. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of IT roles from starting in helpdesk all the way up to IT leadership roles with organizations including Western Partitions, SoftSource Corporation, Corillian Corporation, Tranxition Software, and Timberline Software.
Throughout his career, Justin has guided teams through complex system migrations, cybersecurity advancements, and digital modernization projects. He has partnered closely with business leaders to improve efficiency, strengthen information security, and deliver technology solutions that support both operational and clinical environments. Known for his collaborative leadership, he is committed to developing high-performing teams and creating pathways for professional growth.
Justin studied Computer Information Systems at Pioneer Pacific College in Wilsonville, Oregon, and has continued to build his expertise across emerging technologies and IT management practices.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys watching football and UFC, PC gaming, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
