As Executive Vice President, Director of Operations, Jeff oversees the operations of all Touchmark communities in the United States and Canada. The services offered in these communities include independent and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing/long-term care, home health, home care, and health and fitness clubs.
Jeff joined Touchmark in 1993 as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Crestview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Portland, Oregon. After serving in that capacity for two years, he was promoted to Assistant Administrator. In 1996, he was appointed Administrator.
In 2000, Jeff was named Executive Director of Touchmark on South Hill in Spokane, Washington, a position he held until 2016 when he was promoted to Regional Vice President, overseeing five Touchmark communities. He assumed his current position in 2017.
Jeff earned his bachelor and master’s degrees in Communications Disorders from California State University, Fullerton.
He and his wife, Kelley, grew up in Southern California. They left the area after Jeff completed college and moved to the Northwest. They have three daughters and four grandchildren—all living within the Spokane area. Jeff and Kelley enjoy the outdoors and love to spend time with family.
