In 2021, he was named Touchmark’s Director of Sales and took on the challenge of leading the company’s sales efforts amid a worldwide pandemic and measures that included isolation, masking, physical distancing, and other requirements put in place to keep people safe from the coronavirus.

Despite the ever-changing barriers and through several variants, Albert and Touchmark teams kept pivoting, seeking new ways to connect with people and build relationships. The results? Record-breaking months and the highest occupancy levels in Touchmark's history.

Before joining Touchmark, Albert worked as Senior Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Milestone Retirement for seven years. Prior to that, he was with Lifestyles Retirement Management, which merged with Milestone. Other companies benefiting from Albert’s expertise include Extendicare Pacific Specialty and Rehabilitation, Mass Mutual, New England Financial/Met Life, and Marquis Companies. He also managed his own company, Garibaldi Associates, for a time.

A graduate of Oregon State University, Albert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Managing Culture.

Albert has received recognition and awards for his sales prowess throughout his career, including Met Life Top Sales Person on the West Coast in Long-term Care Products, Milestone’s top region for occupancy for five consecutive years, and overall best all-around communities for two years. Dedicated to excellence and helping others, he served three years as an Oregon Health Care Foundation board member.

Away from work, Albert enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife Courtney, daughters Isabella and Giuliana, and son Dominic. In addition to sipping wine, he and his family also own a winery, Garibaldi Cellars.
